Job Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire lifecycle of the product's international version, including market research, requirement analysis, product design, and testing.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, technical, and design teams to develop product development plans, ensuring projects are completed on time and with quality.
  • Handle user feedback, gain in-depth understanding of user needs, and research and analyze industry developments and customer demands.
  • Write Product Requirement Documents (PRD) and maintain communication with the development team to ensure product features meet business requirements.
  • Drive continuous product optimization, enhance user experience, collect user feedback, and formulate product improvement strategies.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to ensure the product's competitiveness in the market.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales departments for product promotion, supporting the sales efforts of the business team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in QS, Civil Engineering, or related fields.
  • Familiarity with the construction industry and related workflows, with an understanding of quantity surveying, construction management, or engineering management software.
  • Strong product design skills and user experience awareness, capable of effectively identifying and defining product requirements.
  • Good cross-departmental communication and coordination skills, able to advance project progress among technical, marketing, and sales teams.
