PMC Manager-Electronic Product

Responsibilities

1. Develop corresponding production plans and inventory management plans based on the company and BU strategic direction to support BU's annual KPIs.
2. Ensure the systematization of production plans and achieve customer needs through resource coordination and optimization.
3. Effectively manage materials to ensure consistency in demand planning, loading planning, and consumption planning.
4. By implementing inventory management, controlling reasonable inventory levels, reducing inventory risks and storage costs.
5. Strong cost awareness, familiar with financial accounting, able to conduct systematic analysis of cost composition, continuously monitor and manufacture related costs, and provide methods to reduce costs.
6. Streamline and optimize processes to align with and serve business development.
7. Department management, team building, and performance incentives.

Qualifications

1. More than 8 years of production and material planning experience in EMS electronic manufacturing enterprises, and more than 3 years of departmental management experience.
2. Familiar with production process management, production planning, and resource scheduling.
3. Familiar with material management processes, able to effectively control inventory and reduce the risk of obsolescence.
4. Strong cost awareness, familiar with financial accounting, able to conduct systematic analysis of cost composition, continuously monitor and manufacture related costs, and provide methods to reduce costs.
5. Able to understand and apply processes and systems, and improve processes and documents according to actual situations.
6. Familiar with the logic and operations related to the procurement module of SAP system.
7. Proficient in operating commonly used office software.
8. Good communication skills. Fluent in English and Chinese (writing, reading and speaking).
