We have an exciting Resource Planning and Operational Reporting Specialist opportunity available within our Transition and Service team, under our Australian Financial Operations department.

The Responsibilities Will Include
- Resource Forecasting - Analyse current and future resource needs based on current & projected work volumes through administration & contact centre
- Capacity Planning - Assess resource capacity and availability to meet workforce demands, adjusting plans as necessary.
- Reporting - Generate and present resource utilization reports and forecasts to stakeholder; provide operational reports on a regular basis to management team
- Collaboration and Communication - Work closely with Team Managers, staff, and department heads to understand resource requirements and constraints; Maintains and builds trusted relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
- Optimization - Identify areas for improvement in resource allocation and utilisation to enhance efficiency and support reducing costs.
- Database Management - Maintain and update resource management databases and tools to ensure accurate tracking of resources
- Training and Support - Provide guidance and training to team members on resource planning tools and processes.
- Assists in the day-to-day resource planning of the Operations team, including attendance & input to daily & weekly team meetings, following up with operational leaders and driving resource planning output.
- At minimum 3 years’ experience in the financial service industry
- At minimum 5 years’ experience in Operations
- Demonstrable experience & track record of effectively managing resource planning, analysis & reporting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong experience in building relationships and dealing with key stakeholders and ability to work collaboratively across departments & teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in resource management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Genesys, Enlighten, AOM systems)
- High level of self-awareness and emotional intelligence, possessing strong leadership, communication and influencing skills.
- Strong skills in prioritisation, organisational & attention to detail
- Previous experience working in a team responsible for delivering set KPI’s and SLA’s
