We are passionate about creating fashion that inspires and empowers, and we’re looking for a driven Area Manager to lead multiple store locations in delivering exceptional customer experiences and operational excellence.Job Overview:As an Area Manager/ Branch Manager, you will manage the performance of multiple retail stores, ensuring they meet sales targets, maintain accurate inventory, execute visually appealing displays, and foster a high-performing team. You will be responsible for training, coaching, and ensuring proper staffing levels to meet operational needs. This role is crucial in supporting our stores in delivering excellence through team development and effective store operations.Key Responsibilities:Sales Leadership:- Drive each store’s performance by implementing strategies to meet sales targets and increase profitability.
- Work with store managers to develop sales tactics and promotional activities that reflect the latest fashion trends and customer preferences.
Stock Audit & Inventory Management:- Conduct regular stock audits to ensure inventory accuracy, prevent shrinkage, and minimize discrepancies between physical stock and system records.
- Collaborate with store managers to maintain optimal stock levels and streamline the flow of products from warehouse to sales floor.
Visual Merchandising:- Ensure that all stores maintain visually appealing, trend-driven merchandising displays aligned with the brand's seasonal campaigns and aesthetic.
- Guide store managers and visual merchandisers in updating window and in-store displays to keep customers engaged and maximize sales opportunities.
Training & Coaching:- Conduct training for store managers and teams on company policies, employee handbooks, retail SOPs, and product knowledge to ensure high standards of service.
- Manage the application and execution of new regulations across stores, ensuring compliance with company policies and addressing any changes in retail operations.
- Cultivate leadership and talent within the team, fostering a culture of growth, efficiency, and goal achievement.
- Provide coaching and regular feedback to store managers, helping them enhance their leadership skills and improve team performance.
Manpower & Scheduling:- Oversee recruitment efforts, collaborating with HR and store managers in interviewing and selecting potential staff members to ensure the right talent fits the brand's culture and objectives.
- Manage manpower budgets, ensuring optimal staffing levels while maintaining operational efficiency and adhering to budgetary constraints.
- Ensure all stores are adequately staffed, particularly during peak seasons and high-traffic periods, and work with store managers to create balanced staff schedules that meet customer needs.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:- Analyze sales reports, customer feedback, and visual merchandising metrics to optimize store performance and drive improvements.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on store performance, including sales data, inventory levels, and staffing efficiency.
Fashion Trends & Competitor Analysis:- Keep up with fashion trends and analyze competitor activities to ensure that stores remain competitive and relevant in the market.
- Collaborate with store teams to ensure that the product mix and displays are aligned with emerging trends and customer demand.
Operational Excellence & Compliance:- Ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of each store, including staffing, compliance with company policies, and customer service standards.
- Ensure all stores adhere to health, safety, and legal regulations, particularly regarding stock control and employee management.
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably overseeing multiple store locations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of retail operations, merchandising, inventory management, and customer service principles.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in retail management software and data analysis tools.

- Possess own transport and willing to travel.
