  • Responsible for cooking and preparing high quality food at all times based on in-house recipe provided
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the kitchen area, equipment and seating area
  • Operate and maintain kitchen equipment, ensuring they are clean, calibrated, and in proper working condition
  • Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and restocking
  • Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies
  • Training new kitchen crew to meet outlet’s staffing requirement
  • Ensure outlet operational guidelines, food safety protocols and relevant industry regulations are adhered to by outlet at all time
  • Ensure best customer experience provided to all customers, deliver an exceptional in-store experience and interact with customers confidently to introduce the varied range of food
  • Control kitchen wastage, assist in ensuring outlet meet profitability target set
  • Required to collaborate with other team members and participate in other relevant task of outlet to ensure smooth and efficient outlet operations
  • Work closely with management to participate and contribute new ideas in research & development and formulation advancement
  • No specific education level required. Training will be provided.
  • Prior experience in food handling is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
  • Basic culinary knowledge
  • Passion for culinary arts and strong desire to learn
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
  • Able to work as a team to achieve outlet target and ensure smooth outlet process
  • Possess own transportation
  • Able to communicate well in Bahasa Malaysia and English
