- Adhere to the Standard Operating Procedures set by the Company.
- Greet / Welcome customers and presenting them with our Food & Beverage Menus
- To take orders, prepare, and serve according to customers specifications or orders.
- Have an in-depth knowledge of the menu, which includes the ingredients, preparation methods of the dishes.
- Set up and maintain the restaurants, including table settings and cleanliness according to the restaurant standards.
- Ensure the restaurant cleanliness at all times.
- To check on customers' satisfaction during and/or after meals.
- Monitor and address customers' needs throughout their dining experience to ensure satisfaction.
- Work closely with kitchen team to ensure seamless service and address any issues promptly and calmly.
- Handle all customer inquiries and resolve any concerns with a positive and solutions-oriented approach.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Must be able to speak English. Ability to converse in Malay & Chinese is a plus.
- Must strictly adhere to rules and regulations set by Company.
- Must be able to follow directions provided by Manager/Superior.
- Must have a strong sense of responsibility and have a positive character.
- Prior working experience will be an added advantage
- Must have a good team work, communication skill and attention to details.
- Fresh graduates and SPM leavers are encouraged to apply.
- Must be neat and have clean hygiene.
