Responsibilities:- Provide sales and operations support to frontline sales teams to achieve sales objectives.
- Responsible to implement sales strategies to achieve sales target set by the management.
- Generating sales and responsible for day to day post sales activities.
- Professionally handle all customers’ request and inquiries and follow up matters related to sales.
- Plan and manage exhibitions and promotion events from start to end including day to day running of the event.
- Collaborate with other departments such as logistics, finance, and procurement to ensure seamless order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
- Manage online sales channels, including website, E-commerce platforms, mobile app, and social media.
- Advertising and marketing work for the company, including artwork (Photoshop knowledge an advantage).
- Responsible for day-to-day sales administrative documentation and activities, including sales order, stock returns, and maintain up-to-date stock card, etc.
- Prepare reports as required by management.
- Perform any other duties as and when required.
Job Requirements:- Possess at least SPM/Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any business administration related studies or equivalent qualifications. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Within 23-35 y/o. Preferably at least 1 year of working experience in Sales.
- Must be able to speak & write in English and Malay.
- Can start work immediately (preferably).
- Aggressive, self-motivated and have the initiative to pursue sales.
- Able to work under pressure and independently.
- Experience managing a Sales team is an added advantage.
- Computer savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office and E-mail.
- Must possess valid driving license and own car transport.
- Must be willing to travel outstation for work and perform OT when required.
