- Edit photos and videos for use across social media, the website, and marketing materials.
- Create graphics and visual content that showcase design projects and communicate the company’s aesthetic.
2. Social Media Management- Plan, create, and schedule engaging posts for all social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
- Showcase completed projects, client testimonials, and design tips to attract followers.
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments, and build a loyal online audience.
3. Property Listings Posting- Manage and update property listings on relevant platforms, showcasing designs in the best light.
- Work with photographers or take photos and videos to highlight key property features.
- Ensure all property listing details are accurate and up to date.
4. Digital Marketing & Ads- Run ad campaigns on Google, Facebook, and Instagram to attract potential clients.
- Track ad performance and adjust strategies based on engagement metrics and ROI.
- Optimize digital content for SEO to increase visibility in search engines.
5. Brand & Client Engagement- Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual style across all platforms.
- Engage with followers, respond to client inquiries, and manage leads.
- Collect and share client testimonials and project success stories.
- Ability to speak & write in English, Malay (Mandarin - optional).
