- Having strong leadership skills to lead, improve performance, motivate, and manage team members in providing the best DobiQueen service to customers.
- Ensuring compliance with all operational standards including service quality, customer service, sales, and internal operations control.
- Improving branch performance through increased sales, evaluation and control of expenses, and considering cost savings.
- Responsible for workforce planning and recruitment, identifying necessary training for team members, capable of training and guiding team members in terms of weekly sales goals, general store management, systematic operations, and customer service objectives.
- Supervising and evaluating Outlet Supervisors in terms of branch cleanliness, sales generation, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Reviewing and ensuring that daily/weekly/monthly reports are complete, accurate, and submitted on time.
- Implementing and ensuring the effectiveness of branch administration management, stock control, and safety.
- Ensuring the effectiveness of operations across all outlet environmental functions along with compliance with store policies and procedures.
- Planning and managing marketing at the branch and implementing marketing campaigns, as well as communicating with marketing officers and HQ to ensure Point of Sales Materials are delivered to the outlet and displayed on time.
- Implementing token level reviews at the branch, overall CDM reports, and being responsible for preparing sales collection and daily cleaning schedules for the entire operational group at the outlet.
- Handling and responding to customer complaints when necessary.
