We are seeking an experienced, strategic HR leader to oversee all people-related functions across our APAC operations. In this role, you will be responsible for driving HR initiatives, managing day-to-day operations, and partnering with business leaders to support our rapid growth. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role that requires strong technical skills, regional expertise, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment..
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage the full spectrum of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, and employee relations
- Leverage HR technology (Power BI, Power Apps, etc.) to analyze workforce data and drive data-driven decision making
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations across APAC markets (Philippines, India, Japan, USA etc.)
- Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational goals
- Lead HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement, performance management, and talent development
- Serve as a strategic business partner, providing HR expertise and guidance to drive continuous improvement
- Hands-on execution of HR tasks and processes as needed, demonstrating a "lead by example" approach
- Foster a positive, collaborative work culture that aligns with the company's values
Desired Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with exposure to APAC markets
- Proven track record of leading HR teams and driving impactful HR initiatives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
- Strong technical aptitude and proficiency in HR technology and data analysis
- Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
