- Develop event budgets in collaboration with clients and finance teams, ensuring accurate cost estimation and adherence to financial guidelines.
- Monitor expenses throughout the event lifecycle, identifying opportunities for cost optimization and resource allocation.
- Implement quality assurance processes to uphold high standards of service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges, developing contingency plans to address unforeseen circumstances.
- Conduct post-event evaluations to assess the success of events and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze client feedback, performance metrics, and industry trends to inform future event strategies and initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in event management, hospitality, business administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in event management, with a demonstrated track record of managing client relationships and leading successful event teams.
- Required language(s): English, Mandarin
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve excellence.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with a customer-centric approach to service delivery.
- Proven expertise in strategic event planning, budget management, and risk assessment.
- Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as required for events.
- Relevant certifications in event management, project management, or leadership are desirable.
