  • Monitor expenses throughout the event lifecycle, identifying opportunities for cost optimization and resource allocation.
  • Implement quality assurance processes to uphold high standards of service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges, developing contingency plans to address unforeseen circumstances.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations to assess the success of events and identify areas for improvement.
  • Analyze client feedback, performance metrics, and industry trends to inform future event strategies and initiatives.
  • Bachelor's degree in event management, hospitality, business administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in event management, with a demonstrated track record of managing client relationships and leading successful event teams.
  • Required language(s): English, Mandarin
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve excellence.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with a customer-centric approach to service delivery.
  • Proven expertise in strategic event planning, budget management, and risk assessment.
  • Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as required for events.
  • Relevant certifications in event management, project management, or leadership are desirable.
