      • Customer/Client Communication: Assist with communication to event attendees, including invitations, confirmations, and post-event follow-ups.
      • Reporting: Provide regular updates on event progress, including tracking KPIs like attendance, engagement, and post-event feedback.

        Post-Event Activities:

        • Event Analysis: Evaluate event success, gather feedback from attendees, and provide recommendations for future events.
        • Follow-Up: Assist in post-event communication, including sending thank-you notes, gathering attendee feedback, and assessing the impact of the event on overall marketing goals.
        • Reporting: Compile reports on event outcomes and promotional performance to provide insights into ROI and areas for improvement.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field (preferred).

    Experience:

    • 1 years of experience in event coordination, marketing, or a related field.
    • Experience with event planning and executing both in-person and virtual events.
    • Familiarity with marketing tools for event planning.
    • Experience in managing social media accounts and using analytics tools to measure engagement.
    • Mandarin is required for work
