Event Planning and Execution:- Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of corporate events, trade shows, conferences, webinars, product launches, and other promotional events.
- Vendor Management: Work with external vendors (e.g., event suppliers, venues, and contractors) to ensure timely delivery of event services and materials.
- On-Site Support: Provide on-site support during events, including managing event setups, coordinating team efforts, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
Marketing and Promotion:- Campaign Development: Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to promote upcoming events, including digital marketing, email marketing, and social media outreach.
- Social Media Management: Manage social media accounts by promoting events, engaging with followers, and creating event-specific content.
- Event Promotion: Drive attendance and engagement by creating and executing targeted promotional strategies that increase awareness and participation.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure event strategies align with broader marketing goals.
Communication and Stakeholder Management:- Internal Communication: Coordinate event details with internal teams (e.g., marketing, sales, and operations) to ensure alignment and preparation.
- Customer/Client Communication: Assist with communication to event attendees, including invitations, confirmations, and post-event follow-ups.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates on event progress, including tracking KPIs like attendance, engagement, and post-event feedback.
Post-Event Activities:- Event Analysis: Evaluate event success, gather feedback from attendees, and provide recommendations for future events.
- Follow-Up: Assist in post-event communication, including sending thank-you notes, gathering attendee feedback, and assessing the impact of the event on overall marketing goals.
- Reporting: Compile reports on event outcomes and promotional performance to provide insights into ROI and areas for improvement.
Education:- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field (preferred).
Experience:- 1 years of experience in event coordination, marketing, or a related field.
- Experience with event planning and executing both in-person and virtual events.
- Familiarity with marketing tools for event planning.
- Experience in managing social media accounts and using analytics tools to measure engagement.
