Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic HR Business Partner who will play a critical role in supporting business leaders, enhancing employee relations, and driving HR initiatives aligned with business goals. The ideal candidate will have experience in strategic HR management, a solid understanding of employment regulations, and a proactive approach to fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with business leaders to understand departmental challenges and employee sentiment, providing HR guidance in areas such as onboarding, performance management, promotions, disciplinary cases, and employee relations.
  • Participate in business meetings, offering insights and an HR perspective to influence strategic decisions.
  • Provide guidance on organizational restructuring, workforce planning, and succession initiatives to support talent management and retention.
  • Manage complex employee relations issues, conducting thorough investigations to maintain a fair and supportive work environment.
  • Implement and adapt HR policies tailored to meet the unique needs of designated business units, ensuring consistency and fairness.
  • Stay informed on employment regulations to reduce legal risks and ensure compliance, coordinating with the legal department as required.
  • Identify training needs within the business units and provide executive coaching to support leadership and professional development.
  • Work with HR COE teams to analyze data trends, using insights to develop impactful HR programs and policies.
  • Contribute to the evaluation and monitoring of HR programs to ensure successful implementation and alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Take on additional duties and projects as assigned to support team and organizational success.
