DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide advisory to site Management, HODs and employees about all HR, HRMS, regulatory and compliances policies and procedure.
- As key contact point to all HR related policies and procedures and escalate to HRSS (HR Operations) for processing and approval.
- Analyze risk, opportunities and improvisation in daily business HR related policies, procedures and escalate to site management and/or CHR for standardize implementation.
- Prepare and execute HR data and reports that shall impact the business and/or productions to site Management periodically.
- Execute and maintain site organizational structure align with the business and corporate directions.
- Be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and lead in the end to end (E2E) implementation of HRMS module not limited to reporting. Main contact point for all HRMS module for HODs and employees.
- Drive and promote the organizations Core Values to ensure employees ‘Live and Embrace’ as part of the organization’s culture.
- Execute and carry out employee engagement and issues resolutions arising within the company and invoke escalation processes where necessary.
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
- Initiate and execute all HR related projects above mentioned.
2. Performance Management & Compensation Benefit:
- Oversee and execute the HRMS Performance Appraisal module that drives high performance of employees. Must be familiarize with the HRMS Appraisal module operating procedures and functions to provide advisory to employees, HODs and site Management.
- Rollout and cascading of annual KPI - Rollout and communication of the standardized Top-down sharing of KPI approach to all site management and employee
- Performance Management Cycles - Rollout and communicate to all employee on mid- year review and year-end process including 'How-To'; act as 1st line of support and escalating to CHR on issues that could not be resolved
3. Digitalization & Automation of HR:
- Post Assessment Resolution (system, people and processes) and implementation
- Continuous improvement proposals / suggestions with implementation e.g. identification of manual processes converted to digitalization and automation.
- Manpower Planning Module Implementation - UAT and Pre-Go-live support.
4. IR / ER:
- Executive and facilitate in Absenteeism and Tardiness - Communicate to HODs and employee on the strategy and planned action.
- Execute Poor Performers - Intervention action on poor performers. Communication and training to HODs on 'Managing Poor Performance'.
- Execute and supporting operational challenges critical to business sustainability - Improvement in retention rate of incumbents of critical positions, ready next, and strong performers & improving the retention rate of workers (local workers)
5. Talent Management & Development:
- Execute and facilitate in the implement talent management tools, resources, and strategies to ensure retention of key talents and critical positions for business continuity.
- Bench Strength / Bench Depth - - Shows the number and competence of employee ready to fill vacant leadership and critical positions. Also known as passive hiring for critical positions or positions with high turnover.
- Succession Readiness (Actual vs Planned) - Measures how prepared the company is to fill a critical leadership role based on skills, experience and potential of the employee in identified succession talent pool.
6. Risk Management and Assessment:
- Analyze and raise risk register form for potential risk identify.
- Provide analysis report or risk assessment to Assistant Manager, HRBP, Senior HR Manager and/or company Management for potential risk.
7. Any other tasks assigned by Management from time to time.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
A. Qualification
- Minimum bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, Law, Psychology and/or any field.
B. Experience
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Human Resource and minimum 2 years’ in HRBP role.
- Experience in Talent Management and Organization Design, Initial startup of Shared Services; HR system implementation and process improvement.
- Candidates with experience in the semiconductor, plantation, or electronics industries, particularly with a focus on social compliance, are highly encouraged to apply.
