Role and Responsibilities:
- Manages and leads a team of employees.
- Motivates team members and assesses performance.
- Responsible for customer data review and account opening, handle customer’s enquiry, collected departmental data analysis, review reports.
- Conduct regular team meetings, provide constructive feedback, and facilitate professional development.
- Ad-hoc task as assigned by superior from time to time.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Graduate Diploma/ Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Required language: English, Mandarin (added advantage)
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Proficient in basic office skills such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Cheerful personality, good communication, and interpersonal skills.
