Within SAP Adoption Services Center (ASC), we are looking for an experienced Business Process Consultant with proven experience in delivering successful E2E Customer Centric projects in the area of Warehouse Management/ Extended Warehouse Management (EWM)/- and Integrated Business Planning(IBP) in second priority.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

  • Supporting SAP’s Manufacturing Industries customers with SAP Implementation / Development in the areas of S/4 HANA Warehouse Management (WM) / Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) both on Prem and Cloud space, as applicable
  • Be part of implementation projects with focus on Equipment and Technical Objects, Preventive Maintenance, Planned Maintenance, Damage-Related Maintenance, Maintenance Order Management, Work Clearance Management. Basic knowledge on the Mobile Asset Management is desirable; Experience in any of LAM, WCM, MRS, GEF solution areas would be a plus
  • Design and configuration of end-to-end business processes, Integration with Finance, Logistics, projects, CO apart from pertinent FIORI APPS
  • Demonstrate the ability to plan, run, and manage blueprint workshops / meetings with internal and external clients. Help customers to adopt/evaluate the fitment of SAP Best Practices
  • Ability to create Process Definition Document / Design Document (PDD/BDD) and Business Process Procedure (BPP) for the solutions provided, Functional specification documents, Master Data handling/Cutover strategy etc.,
  • At least 5 year of experience/3 end to end customer project / Pilot in Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) projects
  • Work on customer proposals with Bid Management Team, Sales and Delivery Teams, create the necessary value-proposition and package the service offerings that makes it a winning deal

Qualifications/ Skills And Competencies

  • Experience in driving & conducting design workshops, with hands-on experience, in delivering WM & EWM business process in S/4 HANA along with integration to other modules.
  • Deep implementation Experience in any one or more of ENR industries (Utilities especially, Oil& Gas)
  • Experience in handling relevant Master Data objects & cutover approaches
  • Experience in driving & conducting design workshops
  • Experience in CS/PS would be good to have
  • Should be well versed with project implementation methodologies, Activate Methodology and solution manager
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Team player and ability to work successfully in culturally diverse environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • SAP Certified in Plant Maintenance (PM)/ Warehouse Management (WM)/ or relevant
  • Being able to communicate (speak, understand, write) Bahasa language is desirable
  • Bachelor’s Degree – Master’s degree preferred but not required.

Work Experience

  • S/4 HANA Implementation experience, at least 3 end to end implementation and S/4 Conversion experience is good to have
  • Overall 07 to 12 years of SAP relevant experience
  • Minimum 2 End to End S/4 HANA Utilities implementation experience in customer facing role.
  • Implementation Experience/exposure to SAP S4 HANA Cloud
