Bartender Trainer

Job Summary

Yummy Joy is looking for a experienced Senior Barista/Bartender to join our team as a Trainer. In this role, you’ll be responsible for training our HoReCa customers (hotels, restaurants, and cafés) on how to use and serve our products. If you enjoy making drinks, sharing knowledge, and working with customers to improve their skills, this job is for you!

Responsibilities

• Provide training to our HoReCa customers, showing them how to use Yummy Joy products and create high-quality drinks.
• Demonstrate proper drink-making techniques to ensure our products are served in the best way.
• Build good relationships with customers and answer their questions about our products.
• Help create training materials to fit customer needs.
• Stay updated on drink trends and new products to improve training content.
• Act as a brand ambassador, promoting Yummy Joy’s products and maintaining our high standards.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a barista, bartender, or in the F&B industry.
• Experience in training or guiding others is a plus.
• Experience with social media is an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of coffee, tea, and other beverage-making techniques.
• Strong communication and people skills; able to engage well with customers.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
• Ability to Travel: Willing to travel to client sites as required.
