Management Trainee Program Job Summary (Full Time)

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Engage in immersive learning experiences spanning different business units including finance, operations, marketing, and HR.
• Contribute to high-impact projects in the scuba diving and e-mobility sectors.
• Collaborate with experienced mentors, absorbing wisdom and understanding the intrinsic details of business leadership.
• Thrive in diverse teams during your overseas internships, learning to navigate different cultural landscapes while gaining invaluable industry knowledge.

Requirements and Qualifications

• A degree from a recognized university, preferably in business management or a related field.
• Fresh graduates or individuals with less than 2 years of work experience are encouraged to apply.
• Passionate about the SME business environment, with a keen interest in scuba diving and/or e-mobility.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment, working both independently and collaboratively.

Commitment

• Environment: On-site and requires traveling
• Per week: 6 days work week
• Flexible schedule changes may be required

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
