Vacancy available for experienced Supervisor in our established Aeroline service centre - QBM
Job Description
1.Managing employees to attain stability, developing, coach, evaluate their performance. Monitor timely counter opening and attendance.
2.Ensuring smooth operations in adhering to SOP and compliance and also enforcing quality communications and customer service standards.
3. Building a positive team culture environment as set and follow company's vision and build a cooperative relationship between collegues and staff with other staff and departments.
4. Accountable to be responsible for counter and be a communication between management and staff.
