Job Description
As a Research Associate, you'll support our client’s offshore team by managing cases and providing significant research assistance. You'll excel in researching, finding, and matching the most suitable experts using our client's internal database and external resources. Embark on a thrilling journey where your contributions have a global impact, all while maintaining your local lifestyle.

Shift: Day Shift, 6:30am - 3:30pm KL time
Work Setup: Work from Home, Kuala Lumpur
Juridical Taskmaster: Shaping Legal Expertise
- Supporting the team in managing cases and providing substantial research assistance.
- Researching, finding, and matching the most suitable experts using internal and external resources.
- Growing our internal database by signing up new experts.
- Vetting, qualifying, and conducting background checks on potential experts.
- Maintaining relationships with offshore teams and subject matter experts.
- Managing and growing the internal database to ensure accurate matching between experts and clients.
Research Guru Criteria: Prerequisites for Mastery
- Previous experience in legal or recruitment roles (highly desirable)
- Tertiary education in any discipline, preferably a Law graduate
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in research, critical thinking, strategy, or recruitment
- Proven ability in critical and strategic thinking
- Confidence in communicating with individuals from diverse backgrounds via phone and email
- Strong memory skills and attention to detail
