Responsibilities- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers in Bahasa / English to promote our products and services
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and negotiation skills
- Handle objections and overcome challenges to successfully close sales
- Utilize product knowledge and sales techniques to meet and exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with the sales team to drive overall business growth
Requirement- Fluent in English & moderate in Bahasa Malaysia with excellent communication skills
- At least 1 years of experience in tele sales
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM or above
- Previous experience in tele sales or customer service roles preferred
- Strong sales skills and ability to meet sales targets and daily task assigned
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Knowledge of finance and investment is a plus point
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
