  • Responsible to provide a profession administrative support and ensure the smooth running of the office administration.
  • Organize office operation and procedures, reviewing and approving supply requisition, assigning and monitoring clerical functions.
  • Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office system and layout.
  • Ensure the process been cross check before save into the server of RNG Tenancy.
  • General administrations which includes filling of hardcopy and soft copy documents, making sure filling system is systematic and documents are easily accessible.
  • Assist in ad-hod administrative work on the times to times basis.
  • Prepare the monthly Insurance Coverage by Chair Movement Report and ensure the accuracy and submit for approval.
  • Prepare Letter Of Offer, renewal from GINTELL Version
  • Diploma in Business Management/Business Administration.
  • Candidate have basic accounting
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in handling tenancy.
  • Experience in Accounting will be an added advantage.
  • Able to build effective and long - standing partnership with relevant Landlord
  • Good in communication and writing skills.
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office especially Word, Excel and Power point
