  • Maintain good filing system and ensure traceability of documents
  • Supervise, monitor and evaluate the service and performance of outsourced service providers include cleaners, contractors, telco, pest control and etc
  • Handling and managing calendar schedules of management, making copies of required documents for the meetings, arranging travel, booking flight tickets, hotels and creating the itinerary, arranging for audio-video equipment for the meetings
  • To carry out any other duties as instructed by superior from time to time
  • Manage data in spreadsheets and reports
  • Keep records and reports up to date

  • Fluent in written and spoken English & Mandarin
  • Able to work independently and sense of urgency with minimum supervision
  • Minimum with SPM, Diploma or other equivalent qualifications
  • Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Detailed oriented person and a good team player
