Our client is seeking a Performance Marketing, Assistant Manager to secure the sales growth and online brand presence. This role involves developing digital marketing strategies across paid channels such as App, Affiliates, Display, and Search. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new customer acquisition, sessions, and sales growth across digital touchpoints.

What you'll do:

As a Performance Marketing, Assistant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in securing the sales growth and online brand presence. You will develop and implement digital marketing strategies across various paid channels including App, Affiliates, Display, and Search. Your primary goal will be to drive new customer acquisition, sessions, and sales growth across digital touchpoints. You will also be responsible for aligning channel KPIs with local stakeholders and global headquarters.

• Responsible for Performance Marketing in key paid digital channels to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, generate leads and increase sales.

• Align channel KPIs with local stakeholders and global headquarters.

• Handle Media Planning and creative direction in line with the company calendar.

• Work cross-functionally with the E-Commerce department, Product Marketing, Global Headquarters. Manage agency relationships.

• Develop new Digital Marketing channels/media to enhance existing sales.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Performance Marketing, Assistant Manager position brings a wealth of Digital Performance Marketing experience. You have a proven track record of driving customer acquisition to EC/Website through strategic use of various ads platforms such as Google Ads Manager, Facebook Business Manager TikTok Ads etc. Your strong analytical skills enable you to use data effectively in decision making.

• Digital Performance Marketing experience (at least 3 years)

• Experience of Customer acquisition to EC/Website

• Proficiency in using ads platforms such as Google Ads Manager, Facebook Business Manager TikTok Ads etc.

• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision making

• Experience of developing strategy - planning - execution - reviewing in Digital Marketing.

• Experience of using analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console etc.

• Project Management experience and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Experience of Mass Marketing , Offline Marketing etc.
