Who we are:
Central team in Prudential to support all CI/CD related tools including Bitbucket, Jenkins, JIRA, Confluence, Artifactory, Azure DevOps and GitHub
What we do:
- Handle LBU raised requests/issues for CIS tools, prepare, enhance and follow proper SOP to handle requests
- Troubleshoot and fix problems during incident, prepare FAQ and do post incident review
- Stabilize system by setting up proper monitoring and take preventive actions to keep systems stable
- Follow change management process to do system maintenance, upgrade, license renewal, certificate renewal etc
Who we are looking for:
- Proven working experience on operating Atlassian tools (Bitbucket, JIRA, Confluences) and Artifactory and Jenkins, including but not limited to HA setup, access management, template creation, automation scripting.
- Mature knowledge and skills on Linux operating system/command for supporting application maintenance, upgrade and troubleshooting
- In-depth knowledge on Kubernetes and able to support deployment, upgrade and issue triaging
- Good understanding on cloud and able to manage resource on cloud (Azure and GCP preferred)
- Hands on experience on Terraform and CI/CD pipelines creation
- Responsibility taking and able to solve users’ requests/issues on a timely manner and ensure timely closure of tickets (incidents & service requests) assigned to the team.
- Able to coordinate and lead internal and external team/interdepartmental meetings, constantly communicate project status to stakeholders.
- Coach, guide and mentor team members towards high performance.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / IT or equivalent.
- Foundation in ITIL processes. Knowledge in DevOps and Agile practices are added advantage.
- Fluent in both speaking and writing English
