Requirements:Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.Able to handle full set accounts, cash flows, and budgets.At least 3-5 years of working experience in a similar capacity, preferably in the property development industry.Must be able to work independently under tight schedules and handle multiple tasks.A good team player.
Responsibilities:Prepare monthly management accounts along with financial analysis.Ensure timely submission of monthly financial reports.Ensure accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and data integrity of financial data and reports.Review financial results and perform variance analysis against budget and forecast.Prepare yearly budget & forecast.Monitor and track company cash flow.Liaise with bankers, auditors, tax agents, company secretary, and other relevant parties.
