>have Knowledge and experience handling Malaysia & Singapore payroll
>Knowledge of HCM or Payroll software a plus.
>Process an analytical and inquisitive mindset.
>Good command of the English language
>Able to pay attention to detail and highly meticulous
>Excellent communication skills, written and verbal and ability to liaise
effectively with various stakeholders.
>Team attitude and ability to work with a variety of skillsets and autonomously.
>Detail-oriented, organized with solid time-management experience and able
to work under time pressure.
>Have experience in shared services or business process outsourcing (BPO)
environments, effectively handling payroll operations for multiple countries.
>Process payroll for employees in multiple countries, ensuring accuracy and
compliance with local regulations and company policies.
Responsibilities:
Job description
>Responsible for full spectrum of payroll, leave, overtime and claims functions
in relation to the portfolio of clients.
>Prepare and support payroll processing and recording client's payroll, which
includes but not limited to monthly payroll reports
>Ensure timely and accurate payments are process in compliance with the
client’s policies and statutory requirements.
>Generate Payroll Register Report and other payroll related reports for internal
and external submission.
>Responsible in monthly EPF, SOCSO and Income tax filing, ensuring
compliance with the statutory requirements and datelines.
>Involve in any other ad hoc duties assigned.
