Onboarding Specialist

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Onboarding Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring that our corporate clients and panel providers are successfully integrated into our systems and are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to use our services effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Creation: Set up and manage accounts for corporate clients and panel providers, ensuring all details are accurately captured and configured in our systems.
  • Onboarding Process: Preparing and delivering onboarding materials, and conducting training sessions to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding experience for new clients and panel providers.
  • Training Materials: Develop, organize, and update onboarding materials, including user guides, training presentations, and other educational resources to ensure clients and providers have all the information they need to get started.
  • Knowledge Base Management: Maintain and update the company’s knowledge base, ensuring that all information is current, accurate, and easily accessible to clients and internal teams.
  • Insurance Member Movements: Assist in processing and managing insurance member movements, including enrolments, terminations, and updates.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Previous experience in client services or a related role is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
