Job Description

  • Administer HR programs and systems according to the defined strategy and plan, including the creation and delivery of key deliverables, reports, communications, learning materials, and other support resources.
  • As a business partner, lead capability enhancement initiatives. Source, manage, and evaluate learning programs. Plan training courses/sessions and ensure that learning and training/development plans are implemented on time, including managing and monitoring the assigned training budget.
  • As the Executive Secretary of the Capability Development Committee, responsible for the overall operation of employee capability development, monitoring key capability indicators, and enhancing employees' professional skills.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as the point of contact for complex employee relations issues. Responsible for organizing and carrying out employee relations activities within the department, focusing on employees' physical and mental well-being, and enhancing the team atmosphere.
  • Support in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and learning materials, including conducting periodic reviews and addressing questions and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of HR experience.
  • Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, strong analytical, problem-solving, writing, and communication skills.
  • Highly detail-oriented, analytical, energetic, and self-motivated.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; able to set and manage expectations and competing priorities.
