Job Role:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales Executive for our Wholesale division. The role focuses on ensuring that services provided to Bloomsvale Skydeck’ procedures, client service level agreements, and company policies.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the Sales team by managing and coordinating all aspects of travel operations, including proposal preparation, reservations, ticketing, travel coordination, and customer support.
  • Assist in organizing and controlling project activities, ensuring workflows are on track and within budget.
  • Handle invoicing, monitor outstanding debt collections, and process refund requests for customers.
  • Assist project members with resource coordination, equipment management, and information dissemination.
  • Liaise with agent to ensure adherence to service level standards.
  • Report on project progress regularly.
  • Manage project-related documentation, ensuring all materials are up to date, properly filed, and stored.
  • Conduct tour leading for both local and international tours.
  • Safeguard customer and company confidential information.
  • Ensure all billing is completed and follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Participate in trade or consumer shows when necessary, such as MAS Travel Fair, MATTA, etc.
  • Ensure adherence to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the company.

Job Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of the travel industry and the company’s product offerings.
  • Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and influencing skills.
  • Project management abilities to ensure timely and budget-conscious project delivery.
  • Team collaboration skills for annual marketing planning processes.
  • Good communication skills .
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Customer service-oriented with strong interpersonal skills and stress tolerance.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of sales success and lead generation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, problem-solving, critical thinking and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Has own transport and willing to travel.
  • Hands on experience in market expansion, sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience.
  • Experience in deal with travel agent, wholesales or corporate.
