The primary purpose of the Sales Executive is to achieve sales of assisted and independent residents of a senior living community and to actively participate in the sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales objectives and all key metrics as defined in the Sales & Marketing Plan.

  • Increase market share by developing qualified referral sources through researching, profiling, cold calling, promoting, networking, and in-depth selling to targeted agencies.
  • Identify new opportunities, sales prospects, and follow-up accordingly with the ability to multi-task.
  • Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from marketing activities.
  • Possess and maintain a strong knowledge of the community, its benefits and the services provided bring in residents.
  • Maintain and know all competitor’s unique selling points, services provided and rates.
  • Create prospect lists and track results using the appropriate lead management system.
  • Maintain complete customer and prospect information using the appropriate lead management system.
  • Participate in marketing events such as exhibitions and roadshows.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekend and evening appointments.
  • Provide required information to the Sales Manager to process referrals/communicate to appropriate community staff.
  • To perform any other duties assigned by the management as and when required.

Requirement:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree
  • At least 1 year’s working experience in sales or marketing
  • Able to communicate in English & Mandarin, excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Good communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Good time management and ability to work on multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and high integrity
  • Pleasant and caring personality to deal with the elderly & senior citizen
  • Experience in customer relationship management and dedication to providing great customer service
  • Must be willing to travel and possess own transport
