Job Summary:
- Implement digital marketing strategies to promote our healthcare services, increase brand awareness, and engage with our target audience.
- Manage various digital platforms, executing online campaigns, and analyzing data to drive patient acquisition and enhance the hospital's online presence.
- Assist in the development and execution of comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve patient acquisition goals and enhance the hospital's online visibility and reputation.
- Manage the hospital's digital platforms, including websites, social media channels, email marketing campaigns, and blogs, ensuring consistent and engaging content that aligns with the hospital's brand.
- Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising
- Support the implementation and management of digital advertising campaigns, including paid search, display advertising, and social media advertising, to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
- Collaborate with external vendors, agencies, and contractors to ensure smooth execution of digital marketing projects, such as website development, SEO optimization, and content creation.
- Degree/Diploma in Marketing/Digital Marketing/Public Relations/Mass Communications or related field
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia, English and/or Mandarin. Competency in other languages/dialects is a significant added advantage.
- Strong media relations & PR skills
