Job Summary
- To support the department’s monthly KPI target
- To source for suitable and relevant parties in all aspects of short-term rent event, roadshow, fairs and others.
- To plan, coordinate and execute events and promotions space based on marketing campaigns. Ensure the smooth execution of events, attracting footfall and enhancing customer engagement
- To optimize yearly budget and in-line with the company brand values.
- To collaborate with various internal departments, external vendors, prospect, tenants and stakeholders to deliver exceptional event experiences that align with our mall image and company objectives.
Duties and Responsibility
A) Event Planning and Coordination:
- Develop and execute event plans, including timeline, budgets, and resources
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure all event logistics are arranged efficiently. I.e, venue, décor, equipment and others.
- Collaborate with others marketing teams to create event marketing strategies and promotional materials
- Conduct research to identify event opportunities, themes and trends that meet our customer base.
- Prepare proposal and plan for potential business partners.
B) Event Execution:
- Oversee the setup, operation, and breakdown of the event activities, ensure smooth run event.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure meet timeline.
- Manage event invitation, guest lists, RSVPs and on ground engagement during event day.
- Monitor event activities, troubleshoot issues, promptly react to unforeseen challenges that may incurred during events.
- Supervise event staff, part timer, volunteers, event organizer, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Organize interactive activities, contests, and entertainment programs to enhance shoppers engagement.
- Ensure event comply with all relevant health and safety regulations and guidelines
- Coordinate with relevant authorities to obtain necessary permits and licenses for event
C) Post Event
- Collect feedback and evaluate event success or challenges, incorporating insights into future event planning.
- Maintain good rapport with external parties such as government, vendors, sponsor, community, local authorities, others.
- Negotiate partnerships terms to ensuring favorable terms and adherence to budgetary constraints.
Requirement
- Qualifications: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Communication or relevant.
- Experience: 2-3 years of working experience in the related field
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holiday, as events may require.
