Pavago is seeking an experienced Investment Banking Analyst with 2-3 years of experience in the real estate investment sector for a boutique investment banking firm. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, a proactive approach to project management, and an entrepreneurial mindset. This role requires proficiency in Excel financial modelling, presentation development, and supporting end-to-end deal execution, with an emphasis on accuracy and clear client communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Modeling: Develop, manage, and refine complex financial models in Excel, focusing on real estate investment fund performance, valuations, and forecasted returns.
• Presentation Development: Create polished, data-driven presentations for client meetings, investor pitches, and internal decision-making.
• Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth research and analysis of market trends, property valuations, and other data relevant to the real estate investment space.
• Transaction Analysis & Valuation: Conduct in-depth financial analysis and valuation for potential transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and capital raises.
• Deal Execution Support: Assist senior team members in the transaction process, including due diligence, financial analysis, and the preparation of key documents.
• Data Management: Track and organize relevant data for deals, including maintaining detailed records of financial analyses, investment reports, and transaction documents.
• Collaboration: Work closely with senior analysts, associates, and partners to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with client goals.

Requirements and Skills:

• Experience: Proven experience in financial analysis, preferably in investment banking
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze complex financial data, with a keen eye for detail.
• Communication Skills: Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint for effective financial modelling.
• Attention to Detail: Highly organized, with strong attention to accuracy in data management and reporting.
• Self-Motivated: Able to work independently, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and meeting deadlines.
• Team Player: Willingness to support recruitment and administrative tasks, including managing job postings and screening applicants.
