  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

Our Pilates services are exclusively one-on-one, with no group lessons offered. We focus on providing specialized Pilates that caters to each individual’s unique body, allowing us to deliver a high level of expertise and tailored care for every client.

Our comprehensive approach to Pilates goes beyond physical fitness, creating an environment where each client can reach their unique health goals. With specialized training and a meticulously crafted program, we equip our instructors with the skills and know-how needed to deliver exceptional results for our clients in a supportive, enriching atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver Pilates sessions with a high level of customer service, tailored to meet the diverse needs of each client.
  • Conduct personalized, one-on-one Pilates sessions (Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, and Barrel) with a strong emphasis on proper technique, safety, and customized client care.
  • Develop and adapt individualized fitness programs that meet each client's specific goals and progress, focusing on both functional and emotional wellness.
  • Provide clear guidance and motivational support, helping clients experience the transformative power of Pilates.
  • Maintain a high standard of professionalism and energy, ensuring each client receives a unique and fulfilling experience.

Qualifications

  • Certification: Certified Pilates Instructor (Reformer, Chair, Cadillac, Barrel).
  • Experience: Preferred 2+ years of teaching experience in a studio setting; however, those without experience are also welcome to apply. Physiotherapy training or an interest in high-end client service is advantageous.
  • Education: Background in Sports Science, Fitness, or Physiotherapy is a plus.
  • Skills:
    • In-depth knowledge of Pilates principles, anatomy, and biomechanics.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with clients on both physical and emotional levels.
    • Passion for creating positive, life-enhancing experiences for clients.
