  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Descriptions:

  • Ensure meeting the KPIs set on Delinquency Ratio (DR), Write off Preventive, Impaired Loan (IL) management and Bad Debt Recovered.
  • Ensure manage portfolio appropriately towards target setting
  • To ensure all the claim are submit timely to reduce GIL ratio and increased Bad Debt Recovered
  • To render full support towards team performance.
  • Avoid Operational Losses.
  • To reply query from CGC /SJPP regarding claim submission
  • To follow up with SJPP/CGC on the claim approval.
  • To follow up and review with legal team targeted account to apply claim within the month.
  • To practice and display quality services and service excellent at all time.
  • To ensure all the necessary notification to SJPP/CGC are sent within the specific TAT
  • To ensure claim submission to CGC/SJPP within the TAT set by CGC /SJPP
  • To ensure adhere to the process compliance under management of PG portfolio
  • To attend to ad hoc task / assignment given by management
  • To prepare the monthly tracking of CGC and SJPP report
  • To prepare monthly Escrow Reconciliation to ensure credit & debit of the Escrow GL correctly and ensure remittance on time to CGC/SJPP when payment recovered
  • Ensure satisfactory rating on all audit reviews.
  • Ensure compliance of internal policy and procedures, Bank Negara guidelines and regulation, i.e. FSA/ IFSA 2013, Fair debts Collections, PDPA, & etc)

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma/ Degree in Banking and Finance or related fields or SPM/ STPM with minimum 3-5 years working experience in related field.
  • Candidate with collections experience in banking line would be an added advantage.
  • Able to work under pressure.
