Job Summary

Working with the respective Head of Departments, the incumbent is responsible for Healthcare Business Unit Branch Management and Operational matters which shall include planning, organization, monitoring, and controls in the areas of Customer Services, Client Management, Quality Assurance, Credit Management, and administrative processes in Sarawak.

General Responsibilities

To be the custodian of proper poison records and ensure that all processes are in accordance with applicable government laws and regulations (Sales of Drugs Act 1952), GDP and GDPMD requirements.
To ensure that the appropriate licenses, Poison/ Type A license and Wholesale license for DKSH Malaysia Sdn Bhd are renewed annually.
To verify the Written Attestation (WA) for psychotropic preparations before the sales order processing step.
To review and approve calibration certificates and records, temperature mapping records and pest control job sheets including the equipment utilized for recording and monitoring.
To view and approve the weekly/bi-monthly temperature records for the Cold Room, mobile units in the Distribution Centre.
To approve for release, the calibration records for the temperature monitoring devices, example, thermohygrograph and data logger records.

Functional Skills And Knowledge

Demonstrate advanced knowledge and understanding of the industry/market/competitors/customers
Demonstrate advanced knowledge and understanding of pharmaceutical products, and Government Laws & Regulations.
Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in English, both written and spoken
