Job Description:As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will manage all aspects of accounts receivable, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in the billing, collections, and reconciliation processes. You will work closely with our finance and operations teams to support the company’s financial health and help maintain strong client relationships.
Responsibilities:- Generate and send out invoices to clients accurately and on time
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding accounts to ensure timely collection
- Process incoming payments and accurately record them in the accounting system
- Prepare monthly accounts receivable reports and analysis for management
- Reconcile accounts receivable ledgers to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Handle client inquiries regarding invoices and account statements
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and audits as needed
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless financial operations

Requirements:- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in accounts receivable or a similar finance role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; familiarity with Autocount software is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing financial data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for handling client inquiries and collections
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to handling account discrepancies
