Apply on
Description
Better Cotton is the world’s largest cotton sustainability programme. Our mission: to help cotton communities survive and thrive, while protecting and restoring the environment. In difficult times, we are meeting the challenge head on. Through our network of field-level partners we have provided training on more sustainable farming practices to more than 2.9 million cotton farmers in 26 countries. More than a fifth of the world’s cotton is now grown under the Better Cotton Standard and our membership network includes more than 2,400 members.
Background
Better Cotton’s Communications Team is looking to source an Event Partner to support the delivery of the Better Cotton Conference 2026. We are specifically looking for organisations with extensive experience in hybrid conference planning and delivery.
The event provider will be a local event specialist operating in any of the following countries: Mexico (Cancun), Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur), Vietnam, and Brazil. The chosen service provider would be hosting the conference from their own venue or partner venue and provide a valuable network of local suppliers to source our catering, technical team, networking event venues, photographers, printers and more.
They will work extensively with the Communications Team at Better Cotton, in securing of a venue, planning, event delivery and post-event work.
Better Cotton Conference
The Better Cotton Annual Conference takes place in-person and online and welcome more than 400 attendees. The event brings together a global community of industry leaders and experts to explore the most pressing issues in sustainable cotton production, including climate change adaptation and mitigation, traceability, livelihoods, circularity, and regenerative agriculture.
By promoting an equitable agenda, the conference offers a unique platform for connection, collaboration, and engagement. We advocate for forward-thinking solutions, fostering discussions that address the challenges of sustainable cotton production. Through this event, we aim to educate and inspire, showcasing innovations and encouraging the adoption of more sustainable practices across the entire cotton value chain.
