Key Responsibilities:

    • Research and establish connections with reputable training companies offering a wide range of programs.
    • Evaluate and onboard training providers based on their expertise, content quality, and track record.
  3. Program Coordination:
    • Act as the central liaison to align the needs of client companies with the capabilities of training providers.
    • Negotiate terms, pricing, and deliverables to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  4. Event Management:
    • Organize and manage events, workshops, or meetings to facilitate collaboration between clients and training providers.
    • Oversee the execution of training programs to ensure they meet the client's objectives.
  5. Market Research and Strategy:
    • Monitor industry trends and emerging training needs to identify business opportunities.
    • Develop strategic plans to expand the network of companies and training providers.
  6. Team Leadership:
    • Lead a team responsible for coordinating events, managing logistics, and handling client relationships.
    • Provide guidance and support to ensure the team's success in achieving targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Event Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, event management, or training coordination.
  • Strong network in the corporate training industry is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
