DOO you have what it takes?
We are looking for an Employer Brand Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance our employer brand and attract top talent. You will work closely with the front and back-office departments to communicate our Employer Value Proposition (EVP) effectively across various channels. Your goal will be to ensure that our company is perceived as an employer of choice in the industry.
What you’ll be working on
- Develop and execute employer branding strategies across the group.
- Manage the company's online presence, including amplifying company stories and voices on the career sites, social media, and review platforms, to ensure a consistent and positive brand image.
- Organize and participate in employer branding events, such as job fairs, campus recruitment, and industry conferences.
- Amplifying company stories and voices on the career blog and pages
- Work closely with talent acquisition team to ensure employer branding positioning is reflected across recruitment process to show Doo is a great place to work
- Monitor and analyze employer branding metrics.
- Ensure a consistent and positive brand image.
- Develop content for employer branding campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Build relationships with external partners and influencers.
- Manage employer branding budget and resources.
- Conduct competitor analysis and benchmarking.
- Create and maintain an employer branding calendar.
- Provide training and support to internal teams on employer branding.
- Develop and implement employee advocacy programs.
- Coordinate with recruitment teams to align branding efforts.
- Prepare and present reports on employer branding activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Continuously improve employer branding strategies based on feedback and data.
What Equips You For The Role
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, HR, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in employer branding or related roles with a proven track record of successful employer branding initiatives.
- Strong understanding of employer branding strategies and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong project management skills.
- Experience with social media and online marketing.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics.
