Job Description
Build and manage brand image to ensure consistency and increase brand awareness.
Plan and oversee brand promotion activities across online and offline channels.
Develop and implement annual comprehensive marketing plans and brand strategies aligned with company business objectives.
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to propose innovative marketing solutions.
Plan and execute promotional campaigns, seasonal events, and customer engagement activities.
Coordinate with third-party agencies (e.g., media, advertising firms) to ensure the success of marketing initiatives.
Manage social media operations, content creation, ad placement, and data analysis.
Optimize SEO and SEM strategies to enhance online visibility and drive conversion rates.
Regularly evaluate the effectiveness and ROI of marketing campaigns, providing actionable improvement recommendations.
Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly marketing reports, including key performance indicators (KPIs).
Lead and develop the marketing team, setting clear goals, delegating tasks, and tracking progress.
Train team members to improve overall departmental efficiency and professional skills.
Develop the annual marketing budget and ensure expenses are within the allocated limits.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
At least 5 years of marketing experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role.
Experience in the F&B industry or a related field is preferred.
Strong marketing planning and execution skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics and Facebook Ads Manager.
Excellent data analysis skills with the ability to derive actionable insights.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate across departments.
Fluency in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage.
