Job Description:

The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, ensuring that the solutions meet the needs of the business, and supporting the development and implementation of these solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business needs into technical specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the development team to translate business requirements into functional specifications and technical requirements.
  • Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain documentation such as business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and user stories.
  • Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure a clear understanding of requirements and project goals.
  • Support the design, development, and testing of solutions to ensure they meet business requirements.
  • Conduct data analysis to support business decisions and strategies.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of solutions, identifying and addressing any issues or discrepancies.
  • Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as a Business Analyst.
    • Strong understanding of business processes.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in creating documentation such as BRDs, functional specifications, and user stories.
    • Experience with Jira and Confluence or similar task and documentation system.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
    • Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies is a plus.
    • Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
