Position Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Student Success Manager - Academic & Careers to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring our students’ academic success and career readiness. You will manage the end-to-end delivery of our educational content and support our students through their journey from enrollment to job placement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Academic Management:

Oversee the delivery and quality of all educational content, ensuring it meets our high standards.

Work closely with instructors to continually improve the curriculum and teaching methods.

Monitor student progress and provide academic support where necessary.

  • Career Services:

Develop and implement strategies to assist students in securing employment post-graduation.

Build relationships with potential employers and industry partners to create job opportunities for graduates.

Organize career-related events, workshops, and networking sessions.

  • Student Support:

Provide guidance and mentorship to students, addressing any academic or career-related concerns.

Implement programs to enhance student engagement and retention.

Conduct regular check-ins with students to monitor their satisfaction and progress.

  • Process Improvement:

Create and maintain flowcharts and documentation for all processes related to student onboarding, education delivery, and job placement.

Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements within the student success framework.

  • Collaboration:

Work closely with other departments, including Marketing and Operations, to align strategies and ensure cohesive student experiences.

Act as a liaison between students and instructors to ensure clear communication and address any issues promptly.

Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of the tech industry and job market trends.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using educational technology and CRM systems.
  • Experience in creating and optimizing processes and workflows.
