Job Responsibilities
- Support the team with programmatic performance reporting to internal stakeholders, producing data analysis tools, dashboard and progressive reports on impact achievements and outcomes
- Supporting operational matters for Maybank Foundation's three main pillars community empowerment, empowering education, and environmental diversity, with six flagship programmes operating alongside other core programmes that come under its community investment activities with a focus on financial inclusion and improving lives
- Responsible for supporting the pre, during and post MF’s flagship and core programmes’ logistic, inventory and costing, operational risk and governance Ensure projects and key initiatives are documented appropriately to mitigate risk and support on time delivery
- Assist with any other organisational needs and serve as back up to team members as requested and work on special projects, activation booths and assignments as needed
- This position will be based at Maybank Head Office and may be required to travel local and regionally to execute support programme research and reach, launching, activation implementations and stakeholder engagement activities
- Conduct ad hoc impact analysis and other administrative or secretariat tasks as required Support the management of the full cycle of Board of Trustees (Foundation) and Committee meetings.
Job Requirements
- Relevant degree in Business, Finance Risk Event Management and Data Analytics.
- Preferably 2-3 years of working experience in events, finance, risk, corporate planning, corporate sustainability in the financial industry.
- Understanding of budgeting concepts and guidelines Strong project management and prioritization skills.
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills Advanced MS Excel skills to perform complex calculations, simulations, graphing, data visualization and automation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
- Good in event management, reporting (management deck) proofreading, designing, copywriting and fluent in English.
- High cultural competence with a commitment to advancing diversity, equity and inclusion
- Proven active in engagement and voluntary or honorary work with society.
- Should be someone with a values led approach who cares about social outcomes as well as business outcomes and who is motivated about making a positive impact on communities and environment.
