  • Assist & support for all accounting clerical functions,including accounts payable,accounts receivable, bookkeeping of all incoming and outgoing documents.
  • Assist in updating daily report.
  • Maintain proper filing & accurate entry in system.
  • Ensuring statements of accounts are prepare correctly.
  • Check on expenses; Staff claims and other related tasks assigned by management from time to time.
  • Candidate must possess at least LCCI/Degree or equivalent.
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in accounting/admin or the related field
  • Required Skill(s):Microsoft Words & Excel;
  • Preferably Junior/Senior Executive specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
  • Computer literate & knowledge in Autocount Accounting software (Preferable)
  • Requires Language (s) : English, Bahasa Malaysia
  • Fast learner and able to work independently
  • Good attitude and passionate on work.
  • Available to start work immediately is an advantage
