Electrical Project Manager (Civil)

Overview
1) Lead and manage construction projects, specifically electrical works.
2) Plan material requirements (technical compliance, approval, costing, delivery, etc)
3) Determine labor requirements and arrange logistic and accommodation.
4) Submit progress claims, prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
5) Supervise and direct personnel working on the project.
6) Monitor and ensure compliance with building and safety codes, and other regulations.
7) Obtain all necessary permits and licenses.
8) Take actions to deal with the results of delays, bad weather, or emergencies at site
9) Confer with supervisory personnel, owners, contractors, and consultant to discuss and resolve matters such as work procedures, complaints, and construction problems.
10) Investigate damage, accidents, or delays at construction sites, to ensure that proper procedures are being carried out.
Requirement
- Compulsory to have technical knowledge in electrical works.
- Must have a minimum 5 years experience in the construction industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skill to work well with staff and client.
- Willing to travel and based at outstation.
- Able to use laptop and software like Gmail, Google Drive, WhatsApp, etc
Working Hours
- Monday - Friday: 8.30am to 6pm
- Saturday: 8.30am to 1pm
