RPA BUSINESS ANALYST
Resource Requirements:
- Number of years’ experience: 2 to 4 years.
- Someone with combination of BA (as business analyst) and RPA (in UiPath is an advantage) experience will be good.
Job Responsibilities:
- Process Analysis: Analyze and document existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and potential areas for automation.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand their needs, and ensure alignment between business goals and RPA initiatives.
- Feasibility Assessment: Evaluate the feasibility of automating specific processes, considering factors like complexity, volume, and impact.
- Requirements Gathering: Define detailed functional and non-functional requirements for RPA solutions, ensuring they meet business objectives.
- Solution Design: Work with Vendor to design RPA solutions, ensuring that they align with business needs and technical capabilities.
- Change Management: Develop and implement change management controls to facilitate the adoption of RPA solutions.
- Testing and Validation: Oversee the testing phase to validate that the automated processes function correctly and meet the specified requirements.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they understand how to interact with the automated systems.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of automated processes post-implementation, gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
- Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for processes, requirements, and RPA solutions to support knowledge transfer and compliance.
- Collaboration with IT & Vendor: Work closely with IT teams and appointed Vendor to ensure proper integration of RPA tools with existing systems and infrastructure.
Other areas:
- Qualification - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
- Certification from RPA tool providers (e.g. UiPath Certified Professional)
- Familiarity with RPA tool such as UiPath
- Basic Programming knowledge is advantageous
- Familiarity with Insurance / Financial Services industry is beneficial
