BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE (IT)

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify and research potential enterprise clients in targeted industries.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, emailing, social media, and networking.
  • Qualify inbound leads and pass them on to senior sales team members for further engagement.

Sales Process Support

------------

  • Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts for enterprise clients.
  • Help coordinate and schedule client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Track and manage sales activities in the CRM system.

Client Engagement

------------

  • Support in building relationships with key decision-makers at enterprise-level organizations.
  • Serve as a secondary point of contact for clients during the sales process.
  • Gather client feedback and provide it to internal teams to refine offerings.

Pipeline Management

------------

  • Assist the sales team in managing and updating the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up on leads and opportunities.
  • Help to ensure accurate forecasting by maintaining up-to-date records in the CRM.

Client Relationship Management

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and C-level executives in target enterprise accounts.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions.
  • Ensure ongoing client satisfaction, retention, and account growth.

Collaboration

------------

  • Work closely with business operations, B2C sales and marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure a seamless sales process and strong client experience.
  • Collaborate with the enterprise sales team to strategize on account management and growth opportunities.

Sales Reporting & Analysis

  • Support the creation of sales reports and analysis of key performance metrics.
  • Help identify trends in the sales pipeline and suggest strategies for improvement.

Requirements:

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in Business Development / Sales
  • Previous experience working with enterprise-level clients is a plus but not required.
  • Previous enterprise sales experience in related information technology services industry such customised system development or others is a plus but not required.

Skills:

  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple sales opportunities simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential enterprise clients.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Other Qualifications:

  • Self-motivated and eager to learn enterprise sales techniques.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or industry events.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
