experienced Project Manager to lead our diverse team and drive the successful delivery of complex

projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership: Manage end-to-end project lifecycle for web and mobile applications, ensuring
timely delivery within scope and budget.
Team Management: Lead and coordinate a multidisciplinary team of front-end and back-end
developers, UI/UX designers, graphic designers, and other stakeholders. Includes hiring team
members.
Technical Oversight: Oversee projects involving technologies such as Laravel, NodeJS, JavaScript,
WordPress, WooCommerce, and custom bespoke solutions.
Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular
updates and managing expectations.
Resource Planning: Allocate resources effectively, balancing workloads and optimising team
performance.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all deliverables meet the highest quality standards and align with client
requirements.
Process Improvement: Identify areas for process enhancements and implement best practices in
project management.
Technical Collaboration: Work closely with database administrators and AWS specialists to
integrate backend services.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in delivering complex web and mobile
application projects.
Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage and inspire teams across various disciplines.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of Laravel, NodeJS, JavaScript, WordPress,
WooCommerce, and custom application development.
Database Proficiency: Experience with database management and integration.
AWS Expertise: Familiarity with Amazon Web Services and cloud deployment strategies.
UI/UX Understanding: Knowledge of user interface and user experience best practices.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
